Creation of patterns: A painless process

with 3 comments

A great designer is the one that has all the necessary tools, and what a better tool than having an online pattern creator?

This site rocks! not only the idea is great, but their usability is well thought and very easy to follow. You basically create your pattern by chosing colors, images, scaling, opacity, rotation, and once you are done you just download your graphic. Doesn’t get any easier!

This is a formal invitation to visit their site http://bgpatterns.com

Two Example of Good Web Design

cool webform

Kudos to the people from Huffduffer for tweaking the traditional web form into a dialog between you and the application.

An clean explanation of what the intention and syntax of the field comes in handy for the end user and the developer. It doesn’t mean you can skip validation, but you’ll collect better data. It conditions you to “behave” a certain way inside the application.
